Cancellation Policy

At Perfect Touch Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible to every client. To ensure a smooth and respectful scheduling process for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

  • A $50 fee will be charged for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • All appointments require a valid debit or credit card on file at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and a cancellation fee applied.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to respect the time of both our clients and staff, and continue providing exceptional service.
